A 12 de agosto de 2024.- Agentes de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública Municipal capturaron a Rodolfo Abraham R. G., Sergio D. R., César Dionicio A. F., Filiberto H. O. y Javier G. M., por su presunta responsabilidad en la comisión de delitos contra la ley federal de armas de fuego y explosivos.
Elementos municipales que realizaban labores de prevención y vigilancia en el cruce de las calles Cadmio y Segunda de Ugarte, en la colonia Arroyo Colorado, se percataron que una camioneta de la marca Jeep Cherokee en color blanco, modelo 2015, era conducida a exceso de velocidad.
Motivo por el cual le marcaron el alto al conductor por protocolos de seguridad en el cruce de las calles Matamoros y Josefa Ortiz de Domínguez, en dicha colonia, en donde al realizarles una inspección preventiva a los tripulantes, se les localizó en la parte trasera de la camioneta un arma de fuego tipo revólver calibre 357 Magnum desabastecida.
Así mismo se le encontró a uno de ellos de nombre César Dionisio A. F. de 32 años, cuatro cartuchos útiles del mismo calibre entre sus prendas de vestir procediendo con su detención y la de sus acompañantes.
Previa lectura de derechos, Abraham R. G. de 30 años, Sergio D. R. de 27 años, César Dionicio A. F. de 32 años, Filiberto H. O. de 50 años y Javier G. M. de 34 años, fueron consignados ante la autoridad correspondiente por su presunta participación en la comisión del delito antes mencionado.
